You’ll sit down with a professional coach and will discuss where
you’re at and where you want to go in fitness.

Assessment

Over 3 sessions, you’ll go through a Strength, Mobility, and Conditioning Assessment to establish a baseline to work from.

Before I started training with Brian I had some major issues achieving my body goals. I always worked out for hours, focused on cardio, and never saw improvement. I was convinced i just had bad genetics and I would stay stuck being "skinny fat." Brian shed huge light in the importance of nutrition. I always felt like I was being challenged and pushed to strive for better dive never experienced such great care with any other trainers. Not only do I get a great workout... we have amazing conversations that allow our session to feel like a breeze. He has worked hard to create a program for me that includes building strength and muscle. He has taught me that each movement serves its own purpose and I even achieved great range of motion.
